Job Description
An industry-leading interior designer, specialising in luxury hospitality, are looking to add a 3D Designer to their team on a permanent basis. This role will be based office-centric, paying £38,000 - 45,000 p/a dependent on experience, of which a minimum of 5 years is required.

The role of the 3D Designer is to bridge the gap between concept and reality, to take innovative ideas and plant them firmly within the real-world via thoughtful, high-quality CG images.
This is a midweight position, requiring candidates to be comfortable when working as part of a team, as a leader, and when taking initiative to work alone. This role reports to the Senior Designer.
The ideal candidate will be extremely proficient at modelling in 3DS Max, will have experience within rendering plug-ins such as Vray and Corona, and will possess post-production skills using Photoshop and Lightroom. They will need a supreme attention to detail, a strong portfolio of previous interior rendering work, and a willingness to chip in and help the team reach the lofty heights they deserve.
It is beneficial, but not essential, for candidates to hold experience within animation such as Unity or Unreal Engine, 3D printing, After Effects and VR work.
A degree in an Interior Design or Architectural subject is highly favourable but not a requirement, however experience within the sector is crucial, preferably within the luxury hospitality space.
Being a member of the team is a huge element of this role, as collaboration and communication are essential to the creation and eventual success of new ideas, designs, and processes. Therefore, candidates will need to be friendly, sociable, and able to balance making their voice heard with knowing when to absorb from others.
