Job Summary:

I am seeking a talented and experienced Design Manager to join my clients team. As a Design Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing the design process for our high-end residential and hospitality projects. You will work closely with their clients to understand their needs and aspirations, develop creative and innovative design solutions, and oversee the project from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of interior designers to deliver high-quality design projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and present creative and innovative design concepts to clients
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and aspirations
  • Prepare and manage project budgets and timelines
  • Oversee the production of design drawings, specifications, and documentation
  • Manage the procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by providing creative leadership and strategic direction

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as an Interior Designer or Design Manager
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering high-end residential and hospitality projects
  • Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and project management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software
