A boutique branding and digital agency based in Central London is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their client services team as soon as possible to work on projects across brand, digital and print. The team is an award-winning mix of brand strategists, designers, creators and digital experts working with some of the most well-known and ambitious brands in the luxury sector.
As a mid-size agency, the role is often hybrid and you will be expected to work top-level as well as deliver on some projects where required.
Responsibilities will include:
Management and mentorship of the client services team.
Leading forecasting and profitability reporting.
Responsible for pitching, developing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving across accounts.
Identifying and developing strategic opportunities with potential new clients, to build profitable, long-lasting relationships.
Refining process and profitability within existing services and outputs.
Report to management on client turnovers and profitability
Review fees across the agency for services when required.
The team work together from their offices in SE1 three days a week with two days being optional remote working.
