Project Manager

£30,000 (DOE)

West Yorkshire

Hybrid (2-3 days on site)

mustardXP have partnered with an industry leading, award winning, full service events agency based in Leeds, and we're helping them find a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join their growing team.

The Company

They cover a wide spectrum of events for their clients from conferences and award shows to roadshows and gala dinners.

Clientele includes big names from tech, finance, food & beverage and FMCG industries, and after making a collection of hires to their client services and creative teams, are looking to expand their event delivery team at all levels.

The Role

You'll be responsible for leading and managing small to medium scale events, from beginning to end, managing supplier and client relationships along the way.

Not only that, but you'll be engaged closely with clients, essentially becoming an extension of their team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delegate management
• Logistics
• Leading client meetings
• Budgeting and tracking commercial targets
• Risk assessment
• Supplier negotiation
• Event event delivery

Requirements

You'll be a creative problem solver, able to identify and prevent issues as they arise, and be brilliantly organised. 

Also, you'll need to have a strong experience of being able to deliver complex events in an agency setting.

Location

While based in West Yorkshire, the company is open to hybrid working, for this role offering a flexible 2 days from home, with 3 on site, and the office is always available for use.

Compensation and Benefits

Offering up to £30,000 (with some flex) depending on experience, the company also boast an extensive benefits package.
