Senior Project Manager

£40,000

West Yorkshire

Hybrid (2-3 days on site)

mustardXP have partnered with an industry leading, award winning, full service events agency based in Leeds, and we're helping them find a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join their growing team.

The Company

They cover a wide spectrum of events for their clients from conferences and award shows to roadshows and gala dinners.

Clientele includes big names from tech, finance, food & beverage and FMCG industries, and after making a collection of hires to their client services and creative teams, are looking to expand their event delivery team at all levels.

The Role

You'll be responsible for leading and managing medium to large scale events, from beginning to end, managing supplier and client relationships along the way.

Not only that, but you'll be engaged closely with clients, essentially becoming an extension of their team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Line management
• Delegate management
• Client liaison
• Budgeting
• Risk assessment
• Supplier negotiation
• End to end event delivery

Requirements

You'll be a creative and effective people manager, able to bring the simplest ideas to life with vibrant colour.

Also, you'll need to have a strong proven history of project management and being able to match up to big clients.

If you're commercially driven, a hard working self starter and have a hawk's eye for detail then you'll be perfect for this role.

Location

While based in West Yorkshire, the company is open to hybrid working, for this role offering a flexible 2 days from home, with 3 on site, and the office is always available for use.

Compensation and Benefits

Offering up to £40,000 depending on experience, the company also boast an extensive benefits package.
