Job Description
A world renown experiential design studio is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the team, working with a key account in excess of £1 million, you'll need experience of working with top class global brands and proven high quality delivery of client service. Responsibilities
- Communicate with all stakeholders to ensure seamless day to day running of the account
- Effective direct communication with the client's teams
- Identify account growth opportunities, both financially and in rapport based relationship
- Act as a communication bridge between internal & client creative teams
- Act as the gatekeeper for client accounts to ensure quality and consistency
- Resource and task allocation for client projects
- Manage deliverables and support junior / midweight team members with their project goals
- Work closely with senior designers & Creative Directors to support development of strategic plans & responses to client briefs
Key Skills
- Independent worker that doesn't require line managing
- Proven financial acumen with ability to manage margins and forecast changes
- Experience in multi-national corporate brand account management
- Excellent time management throughout project deliverables
- Able to handle high traffic accounts
- Ability to mentor junior members
