Job Description

I am on the search for an Creative Events Producer to join a Event Management Company based in South East London. This is a full-time perm role where you would be working within an expert team providing bespoke Event Design along with Set and Build and of course Production solutions from curation to completion working closely with clients and venues producing Live Events, Branded Events and Fashion Shows along side Music and Entertainment for Festivals and Concerts.  IDEALLY looking for someone with either a 3D and 2D background or knowledge of softwares. You'd be working on Large scales events and festivals working with clients such as Hendricks, Linkedin, Moet and Mercedes to name a few! 

 

You’ll need to have:

  • 2+ years of experience in brand, corporate and retail event design and delivery
  • (Desirable) Degree in interior design/ product design or equivalent is desirable must not
  • (Desirable) A complete working knowledge of design programs such as Adobe Suite, Sketch Up, AutoCAD and relevant render packages such as Key Shot
  • Proficient in Microsoft/Google packages Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email

 

Account Management  

  • Working collaboratively with the Head of Production on the development and retention of client opportunities both new and existing
  • Managing and overseeing the preparation of submissions of all bids and pitches on time and within budget  
  • Attending and leading client meetings 

 

Event Design & Management  

  • Designing and activating events according to client briefs while ensuring execution is consistent with brand standards 
  • Referencing a wide variety of styles and trends to suit individual project requirements
  • Translating briefs into initial ideas and collaborating with internal specialists to ensure suitability and feasibility of materials and construction
  • (Desirable) Developing 2D artwork and collateral to be integrated into 3D visuals
  • (Desirable) Producing rendered 3D visuals to convey concepts
  • (Desirable) Developing and amending 3D visuals in line with project evolution
  • (Desirable) Producing print-ready artwork
  • Managing the procurement of props and furniture
  • Overseeing and managing on-site event dressing
  • Creating project management timelines and ensuring tasks remain on track to meet event deadlines 
  • Developing, managing and implementing the event budget including expense tracking, management, reporting and reconciliation 
  • Sourcing, scoping, managing and negotiating with vendors (making sure to use any group brands in the first instance) including but not limited to venues, caterers/food service, hospitality, transportation, fabrication, equipment, print, staffing and production 
  • Procuring permits, civic documents, and all other paperwork required for events  
  • Overseeing the overall production timeline which includes identifying key deadlines and deliverables, install & dismantle schedules, and programming the running of the event 
  • Identifying and securing trucking, warehousing and shipping solutions as required 
  • Implementing policies related to risk management, insurance, sustainability and contingency planning 
  • Ensuring all events are invoiced and paid in full before the start date 
  • Successfully delivering on-site events that meet the clients KPI’s and with complete satisfaction 
  • Holding detailed debrief meetings with all clients no later than one week after the event has finished  
  • Acquiring client feedback where possible to help make any improvement for future events
