Our client is a vibrant, work-hard/play-hard studio who enjoy nothing more than collaborating on some of the UK's leading Corporate Office Design projects.
With a need to keep on pushing BIM standards and training across the design team and studio as a whole, they are looking to employ a BIM Coordinator.
This role will enable BIM practices at project level and further the implementation of BIM across the company. The role will best suit an ambitious BIM coordinator who already has several years of relevant industry experience, preferably in interior design and fit out, and is looking for an opportunity to help develop the maturity of the company's BIM systems.
Your key responsibilities for this role will include (but not be limited to) model management, coordination, administration and maintenance; sourcing, creating, and maintaining model content, BIM libraries and BIM templates; ensuring the accuracy of models, datasets, and plans; assisting the project team with modelling, drawings, and schedules; managing multiple information sources, incorporating them into a single model which can be used for design and estimating; developing and maintaining BIM protocols and BIM Execution Plans and other documentation; responsible for organisation wide BIM standards and preparing BIM co-ordination programmes and progress reports.
You will feel comfortable working to tight deadlines and manage time effectively. You will showcase excellent verbal and written communication skills, be analytical thinking and problem solving skills aswell as a positive, pragmatic and optimistic
Most importantly, you will be highly skilled in Revit, AutoCAD, Dynamo, and BIM360
