Here is your chance to work with the South West's best renowned Design and Build studio!
We are looking for someone with a strong background in either Design, Furniture and/or Project Coordination to fill this exciting new position!
Your main purpose will be to provide project coordination and administrative support to the Furniture Consultants, Interior Stylists and Client Care managers and effectively work with Design, Pre-Construction, Projects, Contract Management, Finance, Suppliers and Installation Teams.
We are are looking for somebody who is driven to achieve great customer service, who is thorough and rigorous in checking detail and is highly organised with strong time management. You will also require a good head for numbers and experience working in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Some of your key responsibilities will include complete take-offs and checks of products; Preparation quotations, specifications, schedules and presentation documents; Detail lead time and approval stages for project product lists and maintainging up to date price lists, both digital and hard copies.
You will be confident enough to liaise with clients* as required to maintain project momentum, organise samples and mock-ups including tracking and returns and raise furniture purchase orders for both live projects and samples/ mock-ups (where necessary)
