Our client is a London-based interior architectural practice with a global reach. They are recognised as leaders in the field of workplace strategy and design, especially focused and specialised in finance, insurance, corporate, legal, technology, media & commercial development. This is an opportunity to join them as a Workplace Strategist, leading workplace strategy projects, contributing to the successful delivery and outcome of projects within the following work streams:
 
Occupier accommodation briefs and workplace strategies (typically RIBA Stage 0-1)
Development strategy reviews from an occupier perspective
Change Management in relation to workplace strategy deployments
Research and analysis emerging trends within commercial office design and workplace strategy
 
Your key responsibilities will include supporting clients to harness the synergy between people, process and place, optimising real estate as an enabler for business development. You will be a natural at developing client relationships through project engagement. You will support the development of project approach, resource schedule, programme and deliverables - both at pitch stage and for project kick-off. 
 
With 3 - 8 years experience, you will be tasked with supporting and leading interactive, stakeholder engagement initiatives such workshops, interviews, focus groups, presentations and surveys. 
 
We require you to have a working knowledge of AutoCad, InDesign (Creative Suite), Excel, PowerPoint and Office; Ability to spaceplan and critique spaceplans; Experience of writing, deploying and analysing ‘Survey Monkey’ surveys; Good graphic communication skills and strong numerical & analytical skills.
