My client are one of the South-West's leading creative agencies, boasting an impressive portfolio of both B2B and B2C clients across a variety of sectors. Their multiple offices across the UK deliver a variety of specialisms across marketing and communications and have been doing so for over 50 years. Currently they are looking to adjust their strategy around new business and as such the opportunity has arisen for a HubSpot Operations Manager to join the team.
You will need to demonstrate an interest in B2B marketing and have previous experience using HubSpot within a B2B environment. You will have experience with customer journeys from a variety of sources. An analytical mindset would help with this role as you will have to evaluate performance and adjust your strategy accordingly.
Day to day you will be responsible for the deployment of HubSpot campaigns to generate inbound leads for the agency with prospective clients. You will also help shape the agency's approach to how they market themselves as a HubSpot partner through webinars, blogs and much more. You'll be supported by a small team who you will help develop and train within B2B marketing.
