A global branding agency specialising in packaging and brand experience are looking for a strategic Senior Account Manager to join their Amsterdam studio asap. This agency have gone from strength to strength, growing from a team of 20 to now 300 across European offices.
This is an opportunity for a Senior Account Manager who is established in their role; someone who is ready to take more ownership in the success of the both the agency and client business by leveraging strategic knowledge, visual capabilities, business acumen, interpersonal and presentation skills.
The agency is looking for a proactive Account Manager, someone willing to work collaboratively with creative teams, get involved with brainstorming and leading account reviews. You'll need to be passionate about growing the account and meeting your clients face to face regularly rather than over email.
Joining as a SAM, you’ll also be mentoring junior marketers in the client teams. With this in mind, you will be professional in all you do and say, able to guide and educate, adept at listening, be calm in a tricky situation, and present yourself with gravitas.
Initially, you will roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty, operating independently on your segment and seeing projects through from conception to completion. Once established (3-6 months) you will gain a report to help with the administration aspects of the role.
