Job Description

With over 50 years’ experience, a Multidisciplinary that harbor a variety of Construction specialists, delivering services that include architectural design, building surveying, maintenance and health and safety are seeking a Senior Technical Architect/ Project Lead. 

You will play an integral role in their team and will have the opportunity to broaden your skill-set and understand how your role contributes to our wider success.

They pride themselves on their training and development programmes, ranging from role-specific courses to leadership and management training.

The Role:

• Develop and present design concepts that meet client specifications.

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications using REVIT software.

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders throughout all RIBA stages.

• Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning permissions, and safety standards.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.

• Manage project budgets, fees and timelines effectively.

• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.

• Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals for new projects.

• Nurture, develop and initiate client relationships.

• Support and lead team members. Key Skills and Experience:

• RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) Part 3, 5 years’ experience post qualification.

• Proven experience in architectural design and project management.

• Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).

• Strong understanding of building regulations and planning policies in the UK. 

• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modelling).

• Full UK driving licence

Salary will range up to £60,000 for the right person, and you can expect a good, clear pathway up towards Associate title within their Nottingham team (currently 20 strong).
