BIM managers!

This is an opportunity to quickly progress to the position of Practice BIM Lead within a digital design group, where you’ll be working to guide various projects through all RIBA stages with strategic advice and risk mitigation.

The salary for this position is between £55-65,000 DOE

This is a non-project role joining a central support group and requires extensive liaison with Clients, Design Teams, Construction Partners and internally, architectural teams and other support departments.

You will mentor new and existing staff, supporting their digital delivery and developing and managing the practice's strategic resources, supporting our projects.

About you:

• You’ll have experience as a BIM lead, working within an architectural practice
• Be up to date with ISO standards and their application in architecture.
• Have experience advising on risk and reviewing client and contractor requirements (from the architectural side)
• Have previous experience delivering within projects
